If you love a gin and tonic, meet its clean, non-alcoholic cousin: the matcha tonic.
Ingredients
- Anuvai Signature Blend Matcha powder
- Tonic Water
- Ice
- Garnish of choice
How To :
- Sift 2.5g of matcha into a bowl, top off with 40ml of warm (60-80C) water, whisk until foamy and no clumps remain.
- Add tonic water to a cup with ice, top off with matcha and choice of garnish (we think a simple KAFIR LIME wedge works wonderfully).
