Returns & Refunds Policy — Anuvai

At Anuvai, we want you to be delighted with your purchase. If you are unhappy with your product, we offer a straightforward refund policy.

Return Window

You can return unused and unopened non-fragile products within 48 hours from the order delivery date. Products must be returned in original packaging and in unused condition.

How to Request a Return

Our working hours: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM IST, Monday to Saturday.

Refund Timelines

If your order is cancelled before dispatch, refund will be processed within 7 business days of receiving the request.

For cancellations, returns or refusals after dispatch, or due to incorrect address or phone number, refunds will be processed after the products reach our warehouse and are verified, with deductions as follows:

• Orders below ₹2,000 — ₹100 deduction
• Orders above ₹2,000 — ₹200 deduction

Refund Method

For payments made through UPI, credit/debit cards, or net banking, refunds will be processed to the original payment source within 7 business days after we receive the returned product. It may take 2–3 additional business days for the amount to reflect in your account.

Cash on Delivery

Cash on Delivery is currently not available. If enabled in future, COD orders must be reconfirmed within 48 hours or they will be cancelled automatically.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, opened products cannot be returned unless defective or damaged upon arrival.
