Order Processing

Orders are processed within 0-2 business days, excluding Sundays and public holidays. Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Shipping Partner

We have multiple delivery partners to ensure your orders are shipped safely and efficiently. You can track your shipment using the tracking number provided in your confirmation email.

We deliver throughout India. However, certain pincodes may be unserviceable. In such cases, we will inform the contact person mentioned in the order, and issue a full refund.

Delivery Time

Estimated delivery timelines:

• Ahmedabad: 1–3 business days
• Metro Cities: 3–5 business days
• Non-Metro Cities: 4–8 business days
• Remote Areas: 7–10 business days

Please note that these are estimates and may vary.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.

We offer free shipping unless an express delivery is requested. Extra charges will be informed based on courier partner and pincode.

Return to Origin (RTO) Charges

For cancelled orders, refusals after dispatch, or incorrect address/phone details resulting in non-delivery, refunds are processed after product verification, minus applicable charges:

• Orders below ₹2,000: ₹100 deduction
• Orders above ₹2,000: ₹200 deduction

Non-Delivery Days

Orders are not processed or delivered on Sundays and public holidays. Orders placed on these days will be processed on the next working day.
